"INFORMATION" pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016


INFRA s.r.l., established in Via Meucci, 46 / A 42046 - Reggiolo (RE), P.I. 01399190204, mail: info@infrasnc.it, as "Data Controller", provides you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data:

  1. Type of data processed
    These are common data (such as, for example, name, surname, fiscal code, residence, date and place of birth, landline and mobile phone number and e-mail address) that you provide us, indispensable for providing services and / or required products.

  2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
    The personal data that you have provided, or that have been communicated by third parties, are processed by INFRA s.r.l., as part of its activity, for the following purposes:
    1. Execution of the obligations deriving from the contractual and pre-contractual relationships established with INFRA srl, including the necessary preliminary controls on the congruity of the data communicated by you. The provision of such data is not mandatory, but the refusal to supply them may make it impossible for INFRA srl to provide the service.
    2. Purposes related to the activities of INFRA srl, such as:
      - the promotion and sale of INFRA products and services, carried out through letters, telephone, Internet, SMS, MMS and other communication systems.
      Providing such data is not mandatory and their processing requires the consent of the data subject.

  3. Optional supply of data
    The provision of personal data is not mandatory, but the refusal to supply them may make it impossible for INFRA srl to provide the service.

  4. Data processing methods
    In relation to the purposes described in point B), the processing of personal data takes place by manual, electronic or in any case automated instruments, with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves and always in compliance with the provisions of the EU Regulation. The Data Controller guarantees adequate security measures to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use of data and any unauthorized access.

  5. Categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents
    INFRA srl - without your consent being required - can communicate the personal data in its possession:
    1. to the subjects to whom this communication must be made in fulfillment of an obligation foreseen by the law, by a regulation or by the community legislation;
    2. to the subjects in charge of performing accounting services and for administrative-accounting purposes.
    The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories operate in total autonomy as distinct "Data Controllers" of the processing pursuant to the Regulations, being unrelated to the original processing carried out at INFRA srl, or as external "Managers" of the processing, limited to the services provided by each of them provided to INFRA srl. You can request a list of these companies by email. The list on paper is available at the INFRA srl headquarters and also shows the names of all the Managers. INFRA srl does not disclose the personal data of the interested parties.
    The persons authorized to carry out the aforementioned treatment operations are employees, seconded workers, interns, collaborators in any capacity of INFRA srl, employees of the internal and external structures of INFRA srl and who perform technical tasks on behalf of the same , support and corporate control; such persons, as "data processors" or "persons in charge" of the processing, equipped with appropriate authorizations, operate in relation to and within the limits of the assigned tasks respectively, also by virtue of specific agreements.

  7. Transfers of personal data to third countries
    Personal data will not be transferred to countries of the European Union and to third countries with respect to the European Union in the context of the purposes referred to in point B).

  8. Data retention period and criteria followed to establish such period
    The personal data collected, subject to the obligations imposed by law and tax regulations, are kept for the time strictly necessary for the performance of the requested service and for the fulfillment of the contract concluded with INFRA srl

  9. Rights of the interested party
    EU Regulation 679/2016, in Articles from 15 to 20, recognizes the possibility for the interested parties to exercise the following specific rights. In particular, by way of example, the interested party has the right to:
    1. obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data and that such data be made available to him in an intelligible form;
    2. also request to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes on which the treatment is based;
    3. the data subject has the right to limit the processing;
    4. has the right to obtain the cancellation (the right to be forgotten), the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, correction or, if there is interest, the integration of the data;
    5. receive personal data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device and request their transmission to another owner, if technically feasible;
    6. has the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Owner. In the event of opposition, your personal data will no longer be processed, provided that there are no legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the assessment, operation or defense of a right in court for data portability.
    Finally, you may at any time object to processing for the purpose of sending commercial and advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. You can exercise these rights by simply writing to info@infrasnc.it
    The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority.

NOTES
(1) - "Treatment" means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, or structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction (see Article 4 of EU Regulation 679/2016).
(2) - "personal data" means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("interested"); the natural person that can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, is identifiable physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social (see art. 4 EU Regulation 679/2016).
(3) - The processing operations performed for administrative and accounting purposes are those related to the performance of organizational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, the internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, to the management of the employment relationship in all its phases, to the keeping of the accounting and to the application of the fiscal and union rules, pursue these aims. social security-welfare, health, hygiene and safety at work.
